Since 1969 Civil Engineering Consultants has grown to become Des Moines' premier civil engineering and landscape architecture firm. Des Moines is our home, and we take pride in planning, engineering and designing its future.
Landscape Architectural Consultants, a division of CEC, was introduced in the spring of 1996. CEC has a long history of employing landscape architects and planners for their site design expertise, which we feel compliments the civil engineering capabilities of the firm.
